My work is centered around creating gentle spaces of emotional and spiritual support through prayer, stillness, healing presence, meditation, and compassionate listening.

Over time, I have especially felt called to support those navigating grief, emotional exhaustion, illness, life transitions, and deep inner healing.

I believe healing often begins when we no longer feel pressured to perform, carry everything alone, or force ourselves to keep surviving without rest.
